Review of Accessory Breast Surgery on the Arms

It is neat, small, and clean. Close to the station I am the kind of person who goes crazy once I get fixated on something I’m not lying, I went to 16 clinics I decided on surgery because of accessory breast tissue, so I went to breast surgery first At places where accessory breast surgery can be covered by indemnity insurance, they said since insurance money would come out, we should just remove all the mammary gland tissue, so at first I almost had the mammary gland tissue removed But then just one place suddenly told me that liposuction alone would be enough, and once the specialists’ opinions stopped being consistent, I got confused Usually, hospitals profit more if they remove the mammary gland tissue too, because it is expensive Because of that, I got even more fixated and went to three more breast surgery clinics. I even went to places that do not perform accessory breast removal surgery, because what I was curious about was whether mammary gland tissue removal was necessary At one clinic, the doctor said that since he does not perform accessory breast removal surgery anyway, he would speak objectively. He said there was not enough mammary gland tissue to warrant removal, and told me to just get liposuction. He said the bulging was almost all muscle and fat. Such a relief (Thinking about it, a breast surgery clinic specializing in accessory breast removal surgery would make more money by doing that, so isn’t that a reasonable guess? But it is a bigger surgery than liposuction, and I do feel bitter that it seems too much when it is not their own body) Since I am not an expert, I wanted to hear many opinions, and in the end the decision was mine, but I trusted my intuition and judgment and decided to get liposuction. While I was at it, I decided to do my arms too The reason is that compared to my body, only my arms are chubby and swollen? and the area above my elbows is straight. But it is straight in a puffy way. So in summer I look bulky, and in winter people say I lost weight. It is because only my arms are big, like a ㄷ shape on my body. Time has proven that dieting does not fix it. My arms have just always been big compared to my body. I have never been insanely overweight either So I decided on surgery. But I am afraid of needles More precisely, I am afraid of the state of having a needle inserted, so if I get an IV or something, I cannot breathe, almost like shock. That is why I thought about it a lot After that, I toured famous plastic surgery liposuction clinics. The reasons I chose this place were, since I am not an expert anyway: 1) I had to feel drawn to it somehow (I did) 2) The price range had to be reasonable (I am temporarily unemployed) 3) Trust in the director (even though he must give the same explanation every day, the way he explained it passionately made me feel confidence in his specialty) 4) Still, clean facilities (they were clean) 5) Emphasis on safety (I am more sensitive about safety and side effects than having bone-thin arms) Ah, but honestly, I think none of that matters and it is about your own feeling As a mere non-medical person, what would I know I went around to so many places, but my gut feeling said this was the place It was brief, but the moment I felt this was the place was when the consultation with the director started. The director said, is your name ㅇㅇㅇ? and I said ㅇㅇㅇ, but one consonant, say it was ㅇ, looked a bit ambiguous as to whether it was ㅇ or ㅁ, and he went out of his way to correct it with a pen. I thought, ‘He has a meticulous personality.’ Maybe it resonated more because I am a similar kind of person. Anyway, that unexpectedly stayed in my memory, so it was also one of the reasons I chose him I am really, really scared of needles, but since it was sleep anesthesia, I made up my mind that I only had to endure it once and had the surgery. My blood vessels are thin, and my feet and hands are puffy, so I have often had difficulty with things like blood draws, which made me even more scared. Anyway, my veins were hard to see, so they tapped a lot and finally connected the needle ㅠ When I was lying face down and they put in the anesthetic, the top of my foot hurt, so I kept saying it hurt so much, and then I opened my eyes and the surgery was over Maybe because I used to exercise, today it does not hurt much and feels like a day when I exercised a lot. I am scared about how tomorrow will be, but for now I will wrap up the surgery-day review here and write day 1 in a comment tomorrow * This is mainly for me to remember and record, so I can share information when I have time or feel like it, but it is hard to promise that I will definitely and kindly give information to everyone. I can share the ones I wrote in my iPhone Notes, but some clinics that I did not write down because there was no point in noting them if I was not going to go there may be missing Thank you.
