It's day 4 after my nose surgery, and it's so painful... Fluid keeps coming down from my nose, and when I spit it out, pressure builds up in my nose, so it swells up tight again, and I can't breathe... Am I not supposed to spit out this phlegm? I'm scared that maybe a hematoma? might fill up and I'll have to have revision surgery. I don't think I can endure this pain twice.
