Reason I got double eyelid surgery / I originally did have double eyelids, but the line was low, and some days I had double eyelids and some days I didn’t, which was inconvenient. I used to wear double eyelid tape, but it became increasingly inconvenient in many ways when doing makeup, so I thought I should just get double eyelid surgery quickly and ended up doing it. Since it was my first cosmetic surgery, looking for a hospital didn’t seem easy, so I just did it at Custom Plastic Surgery, where my older sister had hers done. Since the surgery itself was my first time, I was very scared, but I didn’t feel much during the surgery, so I think I received it pretty comfortably? Sometimes it stung a tiny bit, but it wasn’t painful enough to be a big deal. And after surgery, maybe because I only had ptosis correction on my left eye, from the first day of surgery until the day the stitches were removed, the left and right sides were a bit severely uneven, so I was very worried. But after the swelling went down somewhat, it got better to the point where I didn’t notice it, so that was such a relief... Also, after the consultation before surgery, I had a lot of worries in many ways. What if the line is too high, what if it doesn’t suit my facial features, did my opinion get communicated properly? That’s what I thought. But I didn’t know they would check the line again on the day of surgery...; But they drew the line again, so I felt relieved (silly me;;) Anyway, now I often think I did well getting double eyelid surgery. I really like the double eyelid line, and my friends tell me a lot that the surgery turned out well. The best.
