They tend to make it look natural. But they really do it better than other places. I got both lips completely dissolved and then injected again, and I do not regret it. But it is insanely expensive. They said it is a choice between making the philtrum look shorter or making the lips look longer horizontally, and when I asked whether they could compromise a little, the staff got irritated lol T_T
