It has been 6 months since I had non-implant hump nose surgery with Director Kim at the clinic! Before surgery, I was bothered by the hump and by my nasal tip turning into a drooping, arrow-shaped nose when I smiled, but I was scared of putting silicone in my nose, so I searched for places that perform rhinoplasty on both the nasal bridge and nasal tip using only autologous materials, with no implant. I went to 5 places in person, and they spoke as if I could either do it or not do it, so I was confused, but the last director I visited clearly told me right away that I did not have to do it, so I think I trusted him more. For my nasal tip, I used ear cartilage and septal cartilage; for my nasal bridge, I had hump osteotomy and smoothed it out with autologous dermis~ On the day of surgery, maybe because they had packed cotton inside my nose, I barely slept,, but they removed it right away the next day. After a week, I went to have the splint removed and the stitches taken out, and my nose really did not hurt at all, while my ear stung a little. Now I am 6 months post-op, the major swelling is all gone, and I am living satisfied with no disruption at all to daily life. People around me ask a lot which clinic did my nose, so I have been strongly recommending the clinic haha
