I didn’t want anything flashy, but I wanted my shortcomings improved, so while looking for a hospital that does natural-looking rhinoplasty well, someone I know recommended Cocoline Plastic Surgery, so I had rhinoplasty with Director Kim Seon-gu. I had 2 mm silicone in the nasal bridge, septal cartilage + ear cartilage for the nasal tip, bulbous nose correction, hump removal, nostril sill/alar base lifting, and columella lengthening, and since I normally had severe rhinitis, I had rhinitis surgery at the same time too. I normally swell a lot and the swelling goes down slowly, so my nasal bridge is still very swollen and it shows in photos, but in person, some people don’t notice, and my friends often tell me it turned out really natural I’m also relieved because the shape didn’t change too much from my original nose and it feels like only the shortcomings were improved, and I’m really looking forward to seeing it once all the swelling goes down
