Alar reduction, 3 months.. Now there’s almost no pulling sensation in my alar area, and if I really had to pick something uncomfortable, it would be having to pick my nose with a cotton swab..? The alar width and nostril area were reduced really naturally, so even the nasal bridge looks naturally higher.. I spent a lot of money on the surgery, but I’m living with zero regrets. Both are real photos with no editing, and only the image quality is different!
