6-month review after double-jaw surgery

I had facial contouring surgery, but I wasn't satisfied with it, so I had double-jaw surgery at another hospital. Because I had already had bone cut from the facial contouring surgery, I went to consultations at three hospitals, but they all refused, saying they couldn't do it. When I told this hospital that all the other hospitals had turned me down for that reason, they suggested taking an X-ray first. After looking at the X-ray, they confidently told me they could do it, so I felt I could trust them. I later found out that it was a hospital that had never had a death or sensory abnormality case. After surgery, when I read reviews from other hospitals, there were many posts saying it was hard because they had to wear rubber bands and it was uncomfortable. But even right after surgery, I could breathe through my nose, and I didn't have to wear rubber bands. I could open my mouth up to two fingers wide. A month later, when I went for dental treatment (I originally had no plan to get double-jaw surgery and had been in orthodontic treatment for two years), they said I originally would have needed more orthodontic treatment, but because the doctor had aligned the bite so well, I didn't need any more orthodontic treatment, and they asked which hospital it was. Facial contouring had been so, so difficult for me, but because I met a good doctor, double-jaw surgery was much more comfortable and the recovery process was less exhausting. I'm very satisfied. People say hospitals are all similar, but I guess there really are doctors who are especially skilled. I really like it so much.
