I mainly looked into private clinics, went around for consultations, and finally had surgery this year! I wanted a natural and soft look rather than a dramatic line, and I wanted to avoid using silicone if possible. Other clinics recommended various things, such as silicone insertion, buttock dermis grafting, lifting the nasal ala, and alar reduction, but at the clinic I chose, they actually did not recommend those methods. Instead, they guided me toward naturally improving it using only ear cartilage. Of course, that was probably because they consulted with me according to my preferences and style. Maybe because the director is someone who does not recommend excessive procedures, the clinic atmosphere itself was comfortable and calm without pressure. The manager and coordinators were also kind and gave natural consultations, so I felt trust. These photos were taken about a week after the splint was removed, so some bruising is visible, but now the bruising has gone down a lot. There is still swelling, but I believe it will slowly improve. I’m watching the progress while waiting for a natural change!
