I had full-face fat grafting, and it settled naturally, so if I don’t say anything, people really can’t tell; it has that just natural but pretty? feeling I no longer have discomfort in my nose, and I used donated costal cartilage, but the nasal tip isn’t too pointy and is round yet defined Because of the hump, I had hump correction together, and also had an osteotomy
