Hello, it has already been 6 months since my surgery. My face shape was uneven, looked like it had a lot of empty space, and made my face look big, so after a long time thinking about it, I got cheekbone reduction + square jaw reduction + buccal fat removal + jawline and submental liposuction at ㅅㅅㅇ. After surgery, my impression changed completely!! I especially hated how my face looked round and flat like a rice cake and angular whenever I took four-cut photos, but now four-cut photos come out even better than selfies, so I’m completely satisfied!!! Also, whenever the wind blew, I used to protect my face with my hair, but these days I confidently tie my hair up, try short hair, and do whatever hairstyle I want haha As my face shape became prettier, the empty space on my face decreased and it also has the effect of making my eyes, nose, and mouth look slightly bigger than before!! Right after surgery, I wanted the swelling to go down quickly, so for about a month I slept almost sitting up. I also went on walks often and frequently did cold compresses and warm compresses. I wore the compression band whenever I could too!! For a month, I mostly ate porridge, and after a month I slowly started chewing. Now I can yawn and eat everything I want! After surgery, everyone I meet asks if I lost weight and how I dieted haha The effect seems so big that there is no one who doesn’t ask. I also hear a lot that my face is small, which I never heard before haha And not a single person has noticed that I had surgery; they all just think I lost weight hahaha I like it so much because it seems to have turned out that naturally. After surgery, I hoped I would become prettier in a natural way and really hoped I wouldn’t end up with an overly tapered jaw. The line came out exactly as I imagined, so I really like it. My jawline shows so well and became slimmer, so I’m satisfied, and all I can think is that I should have done it sooner. The swelling is still continuing to go down. I thought a lot of swelling had gone down at 3 months too, but when I look at photos from 3 months, there was still plenty of swelling, you know? I’m excited to see how much more swelling will go down by the 1-year mark haha
