It’s day 8 after my nose surgery, and even though it’s a male nose, it has turned into a semi-scooped nose... The nasal dorsum is rounded, and the nasal dorsum is extremely blunt, completely unnatural, and looks like an Avatar nose... I had Gore-Tex, but is there no chance the nasal dorsum will become slimmer or the nasal tip will come down...? The nasal tip was done with septal cartilage.
