I had double eyelid surgery a total of 2 times. The first time was with the buried suture method! I was young then, and they operated right away without telling me what they were going to do, so I didn’t even know whether it was buried suture or incision, but I realized later that it was buried suture haha.. It was so natural that no one knew I had double eyelid surgery, and after 3 years it all came undone ㅠㅠ Maybe because I naturally have a lot of fat in my eyelidsㅠ The second time was in January last year! This was done by incision, and it definitely holds the eyelids more strongly. But because I originally had asymmetry, the smaller eye on one side is still small..ㅜㅜ Later, I want to correct the asymmetry on just one side.
Maybe double eyelid surgery suits my constitution(?), but almost all the swelling went down in 2 to 3 days! I do think swelling goes down well when you move your body a lot and use compresses.
