I'm looking into surgery to lower the nasal tip, can you recommend some places I went to ㄴㅌ today and I'm going to look into other places But guys, I've been to 3 places so far, and two places told me not to do nostril reduction, but one place told me to do it They said the skin on my nose has already stretched a lot now, so the nasal tip will spread out. It's either go back to how it was before the nose surgery or live like Pinocchio like now, one of the two. But ㄴㅌ said it wouldn't spread much and that I just need to lower it. But the place I went today said nostril reduction is not possible either, and if I lower it, the nasal tip will look like it's spreading. They only recommended rhinitis surgery. So I was very sad today^^ What should I do? Should I just go back to my previous bulbous nose…?
