I naturally have pretty bad dark circles and I heard lower blepharoplasty is effective... But my under-eye area is just flat, so would it be effective in this kind of case too..? Usually, from photos, it seems like it smooths out bumpy fat and makes dark circles less visible

생선통조림 It depends on what kind of dark circles they are, but dark circles caused by shadowing from sagging fat can be corrected. If it’s the type where the skin is thin and blood vessels show through, you might want to think about another method...
별랑몽 I’m also debating whether to do it together while getting double eyelid surgery... I’ve seen a lot of posts saying there isn’t much difference for dark circles
