I have pretty severe dark circles, but I'm not sure whether this is simply due to pigmentation or due to shadows from fat, so I don't really know how much effect surgery would have. Should I think of it as improving to about the level when a flash goes off from the front? Are there any other separate changes in shape?
서소 Pigmentation dark circles and cases for under-eye fat repositioning are different. If there is fat protruding in a contoured way under the eyes (not the aegyo-sal, the area below it), repositioning can be effective. You can see it just by looking in the mirror. If you don't know what it is, search before-and-after photos for under-eye fat repositioning and look at the before photos. If you see them and still don't know, then you don't have the understanding, so don't do it recklessly. There are also many cases with both pigmentation + fat. Removing pigmented dark circles with repositioning is impossible
