I previously had double eyelid surgery with a partial incision and ended up with sausage eyes, so this year I had incisional ptosis correction to lower the crease line.
But the asymmetry is really severe, so I went to a plastic surgery clinic for a consultation, and they said it seems like it would be enough to just tidy up the line with the buried suture method without an incision.
The scar on my right eye is a bit severe; if I have a re-revision surgery with the natural adhesion method, will it get worse? .. They did say that if a scar remains, they would manage it with scar laser treatment.
