Second surgery for a bulbous nose.. I'd appreciate it if you took a look!!

The second time was when I was 23, at ㅋㄴㅍ. I was scared of silicone, so I didn’t insert it, and I also heard that because my nasal bone was wide, it made my nose look bigger, so I had osteotomy and, at the same time, correction of a deviated septum, and for the septum, except for the columella area, I had a completely open incision to reduce the nostrils. The full open incision definitely has a clearer effect, but if the skin tissue itself is thick, the effect is somewhat less. Mine is thick. Still, I’ve never regretted it, so I think I did pretty well. But my nose is on the tall side, and my bridge got lower. In that sense, my nose’s presence became smaller too. It feels like there are pros and cons..? With osteotomy, since you’re working on bone, it feels like the flesh sags a bit too. Still, I was living with a fair amount of satisfaction, but this time I’m thinking of getting a scarless nostril repositioning surgery at ㄹㅍㄹ... However, I already paid a deposit and came back, and after seeing the reviews for ㄹㅍㄹ scarless nostril reduction, I’m thinking maybe I should just consider the 100,000 won gone and live with how I look, as if I paid 100,000 won for a lesson in being taught a harsh truth..
