I had nose surgery... The director apparently used to be a director at OJ Plastic Surgery in Gangnam... Anyway, I did it because I had a terrible bulbous nose They harvested ear cartilage to raise the nasal tip, tied the cartilage, did alar reduction and osteotomy, and inserted silicone to slightly raise the nasal bridge.. It's day 3 now... Honestly, there is too much flesh on my nasal lobule ㅠㅠ Well, even when I went around to plastic surgery clinics for consultations, everyone said the same thing: "With your nose, even if you have surgery, it will honestly be hard to see a big change." They all said that in unison. Apparently, if there is a lot of fat in the nasal lobule and the skin is thin, it changes a lot more, but in my case, my skin is terribly thick and there isn't much fat... ha After surgery, it looks a little? really just a little better, but there is still a lot of flesh on the nasal lobule, phew... What I realized after doing this is, "Even with plastic surgery, the original base matters"... That's what I felt. Of course, among bulbous noses, I don't know how many are like mine, but still... It is hard to take care of appearance.
