For my first surgery, I had nasal tip surgery with ear cartilage + correction of a crooked nose, but the columella scar was severe and the nasal tip drooped, so 2 years later I had a second nasal tip surgery with donated rib cartilage. Then 4 years after that, the donated rib cartilage was completely absorbed, and my nose started to look contracted and upturned, so now I’m in a situation where I need a third surgery with autologous costal cartilage I’m thinking of this as my last surgery, so I feel like I really need to research carefully. For now, I’m looking around online, so please quietly recommend directors who prefer autologous costal cartilage and have a lot of experience
