Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

Only my nose surgery was done twice

8 years ago, without knowing anything, I was told that doing it naturally could ease my concern about my nasal tip, so I had surgery with silicone and ear cartilage inserted at the tip.

At first it looked reasonably okay, but the nasal bridge was too high, so when I asked, they said it was swelling and would come down.

But it didn’t come down. Later, I saw that they had put it in from the starting point of my nose all the way to the tip... After about 5 to 6 years, my nose seemed to hurt sometimes, and by the 8th year, the silicone had shifted to one side, the silicone shape was completely visible along my nasal bridge, and when I smiled, the nasal tip was adhered and pulled inward.

For revision surgery, I was removing the implant, but I was worried again because my original concerns before the first surgery were drooping nasal tip cartilage, slight length asymmetry, and thick alar cartilage. When I mentioned these parts, they said septal cartilage could be used, so I thought it would be simple and went straight into surgery. But with septal cartilage, they made my nose 1.5 times higher than when the silicone was in. The swelling hasn’t completely gone down yet, but it wasn’t very swollen to begin with, so I keep losing sleep and worrying. Can septal cartilage be removed early? Please give me advice.
