Revision rhinoplasty review

I had my first nose surgery about 15 years ago and was satisfied, but after around 8 years, the nasal cartilage started protruding. When I told the hospital where I had surgery, they said it would be enough to scrape down the cartilage, so they opened the nose and operated, but the implant became crooked. The hospital acknowledged it too, so they opened my nose a third time and did revision surgery to replace the implant entirely... But after that, my nose hurt, and when I slept, my eyes and throat became slightly dry. I also developed acute sinusitis. As time passed, my nose started to become crooked, so I looked into revision surgery. The important thing was to fix the dryness that developed when I slept. (When I used my hand to move the bent lower alar cartilage and nostril wing well back into place under my nose, it was not dry.) I went to consultations at about 10 places and ended up having surgery with an ENT specialist famous for revision surgery in Gangnam. Because the doctor was a specialist, I thought I wouldn’t need to explain much, so I said that my alar cartilage had descended downward and asked whether they would reposition the alar cartilage, put it back in place, and tie it. The doctor said yes. The procedure used nasal osteotomy and Gore-Tex with septal cartilage. The result is that my eye and throat dryness became worse. I also get numbness because circulation is poor, and the area with the implant has a severe foreign-body sensation. So while searching my symptoms, I found this community and want to get some information I’m left with only regret.
