My teeth weren't that bad, so I wore braces for about a year, and I remembered my older sister going through a lot of pain, so I thought I would hurt a lot too, but it didn't hurt as much as I expected. Even when I slept. But when you get orthodontic treatment, aftercare is also important. They put a retainer on the inside of the teeth at the same time as the braces, and it seems like you keep wearing it even after the treatment is over. Thanks to that, I think the result is being maintained, too. It still seems okay since the effect has lasted this long at a reasonable price.
