I went around for in-person consultations for revision rhinoplasty. ㅂㄴㄴ - Either donated costal cartilage or autologous costal cartilage is fine. ㅇㅇㄹㅁ - Autologous costal cartilage. ㅅㄱ - Let’s use donated costal cartilage and dermis (AlloDerm). When I asked about closed rhinoplasty, they said it would be difficult. They all said to lower the silicone implant. Since I currently have almost 6 mm inserted, they said the glabella looks excessive, and because septal cartilage was used and drooping has even occurred, the proportions look off.. When choosing a clinic, friendliness is not part of my criteria. I just need them to be skilled and fix it well.. There is a clinic I like, but the surgery schedule doesn’t really work out, so for now I’ve put the deposit on hold.. I want to succeed quickly and get this off my hands.
