A month has already passed.
People around me say my face has gotten smaller and looks like it might disappear, but since it’s my own face that I see every day, honestly,
I kept wondering, “Did it really get that much smaller?” The conclusion is, I feel amazing.
Other areas got smaller too, but in my case, I think I saw a really big effect on the square jaw area.
They say that even though only the angle under my jaw was removed, the curve is softer, so my overall impression looks much better.
Maybe because quite some time has passed, opening my mouth and brushing my teeth have become a bit more natural,
and the sensation around my facial expressions and mouth has softened. (The sensation in my chin hasn’t returned 100% yet.)
I’m eating regular meals now too, but I’m still avoiding hard foods like kkakdugi and pickled radish, and tough meats.
Also, something I noticed is that when I move my mouth a lot while eating, my jaw area starts to feel stiff and sore ㅠㅠ
Even if you really want to eat certain things, I want to say that you should hold back to some extent.
I used to have tingling around the tip of my chin, but as time passed, that disappeared.
The intraoral incision area also looks completely fine, as if it was never cut.
I don’t even remember when the last time I ate meat was anymore.
I really want to eat beef tripe and beefㅠㅠ I’m thinking of trying some from the second month.
The bruising hasn’t completely disappeared, but there’s only a little visible, and it gets covered with makeup.
There’s still a slight bulge of swelling around the dimple area beside both cheeks.
I want to see how I look once all the swelling goes down soon.
If you’re considering facial contouring, I genuinely recommend it. Honestly, the cost was a big burden for me too,
and because I was afraid of bone surgery, I decided after thinking about it for years.
The recovery period was a bit hard, but when I look at the results, I don’t feel like the surgery cost was a waste at all.
