I had fat grafting 2 years ago, and it turned out really well. I definitely recommend fat grafting over fillers. When you get it done, just make sure not to overdo it. Do it naturally and don’t get greedy. There was no pain, and I recommend it. I heard it can cause skin sagging, but so far it seems okay. It turned out really natural and well.
