Liposuction Reviews@lipo-review

I’m going to write a review of my abdomen and arm liposuction experience

Hello'   I had never even had facial plastic surgery, but somehow I got the courage, and after abdominal liposuction, it has now been almost a little under a year since I had arm liposuction too!

So it has been a while, but I thought it might help, so I’m going to leave an honest review.

First of all, because I’m tall, when others looked at me, I seemed just about average. But once you actually saw my body, I had zero muscle and a lot of extra fat, and when friends or my older sister saw my belly fat.. ah.... everyone just went silent.. that was my body lol. Of course, because of my upper arms I looked bulky too. That’s enough introduction.

To get straight to the point! Liposuction is a surgery with no side effects only if you enter an endless path of dieting. Why? Liposuction does shape the area that was your biggest complex well.. but in fact, depending on how you manage it, it can become a surgery where you only end up with side effects. I think you can basically view the management I’m talking about here as “not gaining weight.”

There may be people who have had liposuction and think differently from me, but I’ll write my own reasons for thinking that.

It becomes uneven after liposuction : Bio-bonding naturally occurs. After liposuction with a cannula, temporary hard and painful lumps form, and those often look uneven. If you look at liposuction reviews, you may see cases where people say it became uneven even after 1 year, or even after 5 years. I saw that quite often too, and before liposuction I was really worried about this. During consultations, I obsessed over whether it might become uneven like cellulite afterward, asking, what if touching it unnecessarily creates unevenness?...

But what I felt after doing it is that in most of these cases, it may probably be because the person gained weight again. Honestly, after liposuction, gaining absolutely no 1-2 kg? That’s impossible. As everyone knows, liposuction is a surgery that reduces the number of cells from 10 to 3, so the remaining cells can grow enough in size and fat can be added. (I heard that unevenness caused by surgery, meaning bio-bonding, can last as long as 4-6 months. For me, it seemed to take 4 months for the abdomen and 3 months for the arms to fully go away. Giving it plenty of time.) On the day of surgery, before getting on the operating table, they told me as a precaution: If you gain weight, it may look uneven~^^ That’s what they said... huh.. what??? what is this? I thought.. During the consultation they told me not to worry about that ㅠㅠㅠㅠ and I remember getting on the operating table. But from actual experience, on days when a little fat comes back on my abdomen, there are subtle contours here and there. So I thought, this must be why they tell you to do strength training. Overall, I’m satisfied after liposuction. My love handles disappearing, my belly fat decreasing, my waistline standing out more. I really like it. But you shouldn’t get liposuction looking only at those things. You also have to accept that you always need to pay attention to dieting. If you think, yay, I had liposuction so now I won’t gain weight~ I can eat~ and start eating, the uneven texture shows a little here and there. It’s probably because those are the areas the cannula passed through.

And I think it’s true that it’s better to do it even one year younger. Because of elasticity. I asked about this during my consultation too lol. Like, I’m going to have a baby later, so if my belly gets big, won’t all this skin sag? lol. But in conclusion, looking at other reviews too, doing it a bit earlier seems to make it look at least a little more elastic.

The conclusion is that looking uneven seems mostly related to gaining weight. But very occasionally, in some reviews, there really was unevenness caused by the surgery. Indentations, yes indentations. You have to look into it carefully before doing it ㅠㅠ But even at the hospital where I got mine done, mine went well, but seeing that someone else said theirs didn’t go well, it really seems case by case.

Other commonly seen liposuction side effects include when doing the thighs, if they remove too much from the buttocks, the buttocks sag, or people say there’s no effect because too little was removed. You can commonly see things like this. But if they remove too much, then adhesions can happen too, so everything should be appropriate!

I’ll stop here for now! If I think of anything else about liposuction, I’ll post again later
