I had revision rhinoplasty this January. 10 years ago, I had issues like nasal silicone showing through, nostril asymmetry, a high glabella, silicone deviation, and so on... But.. I didn't really have a concept of nose shape, so I just asked for it to look natural, and I showed a pretty nose from one of the photos done there (and the nose in the photo was long on top of that) The result.. My nose is long and the nasal tip droops.. I'm really, really worried I had a short nose, so making it into a long nose doesn't suit me.. I wish they had told me something like that.. that the photo I showed was a long nose and I had a short nose.. I had ear cartilage and silicone, and I redid it because the nose I had after double-jaw surgery 10 years ago looked way too obvious. Ear cartilage repositioning, etc. The materials were silicone and ear cartilage. They said they would lower the silicone, but it wasn't lowered, and the deviation is still the same.. Since I had a short nose and my nostrils showed a bit, they only covered that and placed the silicone under the periosteum so the silicone wouldn't be noticeable, and the rest, like the design and such, not at all..ㅡㅡ They just improved the urgent problems.. I don't know whether I should get after-service here or not.. I want the glabella lowered more, a slight curve added, and the nasal tip lifted a bit.. First of all, it's long. It doesn't suit me.. It looks like a man's nose If I say this is what I want, I think they'll definitely do after-service (I went in April because of the shape, and they did say they would do it) But the shape I want seems like it would need to be worked on completely from the beginning again.. It's been 6 months now I don't know what to do.. (It's not about after-service, but whether they'll do well again.. whether I should trust them.. the doctor's skill is what decides everything right now I'm thinking of a shape like Kim Sohyun's nose. Kim Sohyun's nose doesn't seem long either..)
