Usually they do surgery without an implant, is that because it’s more sturdy? I feel like donated rib cartilage wouldn’t be bad either if I’m going to do it Maybe because of things like the engraftment rate, a lot of people use autologous rib cartilage Ah, I’m really torn about this.. For my first surgery, I just went with silicone without thinking Also, The Door, OM, 345, and Louvre seem to show up quite a lot for primary rhinoplasty But I’m not sure if they’re good at revision rhinoplasty, what do you think? Anyone who had revision rhinoplasty there, not primary rhinoplasty

쓸타원투 Usually isn’t it the concept of silicone for the nasal bridge and cartilage for the nasal tip? Mine is a first surgery, but if needed I’m willing to use donated rib cartilage or my own rib cartilage too. I’m planning to go for consultations at ㅈㅇㅈㅇ, ㅇㅇㄹㅁ, ㅈㅇㄹ, ㄹㅅㅌ, but I don’t know roughly how much the estimate will be, so I’m looking for information.. Couldn’t it be that they used ear cartilage or septal cartilage for the first surgery?
제연이이 From my first surgery, I just used my own rib cartilage, scalp temporalis fascia, and even ear cartilage. Because I wanted it to look natural
요요사랑 Isn’t it rib cartilage and silicone??
화식조원숭이 When I had my first nose surgery without an implant at ㅂㄴㄴ, they mostly talked more about septal cartilage, but if it’s revision surgery, I think most cases probably use rib cartilage.. Just because it’s called no-implant doesn’t mean there’s anything else special. From our perspective, it’s removing the silicone and building up the nasal tip with rib cartilage.. Have you been to any clinics?
고냐쿠젤리 I had revision surgery with cartilage repositioning at Youngㅇㅇ, and I’m satisfied because my nasal tip doesn’t have that hard feeling like before
Rizzler I removed silicone and had revision rhinoplasty at ㄹㅂㄹ, and I’m satisfied! When you go for a consultation, they take a CT scan and explain it, so that was good. Maybe because they paid attention to aftercare too, the swelling went down quickly!
박찰떡쿤 The Door and OM are places that are good at noses in general. There are probably more revision rhinoplasty reviews for them lol
죽지뭐 Rather than because no-implant is more stable, maybe it’s because the chance of side effects is lower..? For the nasal bridge, putting in silicone does make the before-and-after difference clearer. And anyway, it’s not like the old days where L-shaped silicone goes all the way into the nasal tip, so the chance of inflammation is lower too.. It’s true that rib cartilage is used a lot for the nasal tip in revision surgery! Looking at The Door reviews, they do seem to do silicone + rib cartilage a lot
