Revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage

Autologous costal cartilage is used a lot for revision surgery, since it has less risk of contracture.. I don't like anything too excessive either, so I'm thinking of doing it at Clinic H.

I had revision surgery on my nasal tip using autologous costal cartilage. I chose it partly because they said donor rib cartilage or ear cartilage has a higher chance of drooping again, but after hearing the explanation at Clinic R, it seemed like for revision surgery, using my own material as much as possible would be best.

I've heard a lot about Clinics M and H! Autologous costal cartilage is definitely sturdier than ear cartilage!!

I also did it with rib cartilage at Clinic J, but are you thinking of using autologous costal cartilage even for the bridge..? Be careful of warping I think you really need to find a surgeon who handles it well.

Clinic N is pretty good. They use autologous costal cartilage a lot too, and they do slim, refined shapes well. There are lots of reviews, and check the apps too.
