What material did everyone use for revision rhinoplasty? For my first surgery, I had no implant and only had my nasal tip done with septal cartilage and ear cartilage, but I don't like either the height or the shape, so I'm thinking of autologous costal cartilage for the revision. My nasal tip has drooped too. It's not contracture, just purely dissatisfaction with the shape,, For the revision, I want it to look natural yet defined. What do you think of Clinics M, T, H, and N? Please let me know if the clinics are okay and whether four places is too few. Reviews say autologous costal cartilage looks less obvious and is okay compared with silicone, so that should be right, shouldn't it?
Clinics mentioned
김두영 Autologous costal cartilage is used a lot for revision surgery, since it has less risk of contracture.. I don't like anything too excessive either, so I'm thinking of doing it at Clinic H.
은하이 If you're looking at a natural yet defined style, I think Clinics M and N are good options. They reflect your opinions and shape it nicely. For now, get consultations at the 4 places, and if it doesn't feel enough, go to more.
강감찬이네 I had revision surgery on my nasal tip using autologous costal cartilage. I chose it partly because they said donor rib cartilage or ear cartilage has a higher chance of drooping again, but after hearing the explanation at Clinic R, it seemed like for revision surgery, using my own material as much as possible would be best.
막수니 I don't have any resistance to the material, so I'm planning to use rib cartilage too, but whatever it is, I'll probably just do what they recommend Autologous costal cartilage does kind of feel like the final destination. Clinic D also uses rib cartilage well, and I saw a lot of reviews with a natural yet defined feel. Have you seen them?
수미로로 Autologous costal cartilage has good support strength, so it does seem to be used a lot as a revision surgery material. If you're looking into Clinic N, are you thinking of a slightly glamorous style?
정년이바이브 I've heard a lot about Clinics M and H! Autologous costal cartilage is definitely sturdier than ear cartilage!!
시하하 I also did it with rib cartilage at Clinic J, but are you thinking of using autologous costal cartilage even for the bridge..? Be careful of warping I think you really need to find a surgeon who handles it well.
워링 Clinic N is pretty good. They use autologous costal cartilage a lot too, and they do slim, refined shapes well. There are lots of reviews, and check the apps too.

If I get silicone removed and lower the ear-cartilage nasal tip, about how much would it cost? I’m also curious about the price if only the silicone is removed. If anyone knows, please tell me.
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoMar 17 What implant material do they use for revision rhinoplasty?
Usually they do surgery without an implant, is that because it’s more sturdy? I feel like donated rib cartilage wouldn’t be bad either if I’m going to do it Maybe because of things like the engraftment rate, a lot of people use autologous
