I had my mom get upper eyelid surgery, brow lift, and canthoplasty on the outer corners, and it looks so natural that people around her do not even know she had surgery. It looks so natural, and the brow lift healed with no scar and turned out really well. The double eyelid line has mostly become a hidden line as the swelling went down, so it seems better to make it a little bigger at the first surgery.
