A few years ago I had double eyelid surgery with buried sutures + eye shape correction. The condition was that it had to look completely natural, and it turned out so natural that unless I tell them I had double eyelid surgery, nobody knows. My eyes were originally very small, but even without canthoplasty they now look like human eyes, and I am still satisfied to this day... If you like a natural look, this seems right for you.
