It’s been a little over a month since I had revision surgery. This nose was done without implants, and there’s still slight swelling at the nasal tip. As I wrote in another post, my nasal bridge wasn’t low, but it wasn’t high either; it was just average. But the reason I ended up getting revision surgery was.. after getting nose surgery, all I could see was my nose.... Because the bridge was high, the nasal tip was extremely pointy, and the overall result came out very glamorous, all I could think of was a bulbous nose or a long protruding nose. Honestly, I wasn’t even sure if my post-op nose was pretty, and I got irritated every time I looked at my face. For 2 years, I kept going back and forth on the verge of feeling mentally unwell, so I was stressed and ended up getting revision surgery. I really didn’t take any pre-op photos, so I had nothing to upload. Just think of it as a Pinocchio nose where the bridge, the tip, the whole nose had an extremely strong presence. It was really a style where only the nose stood out. For this revision surgery, I had everything removed and only had revision surgery without implants. They said that if I only had removal, I would have to accept that the nasal tip could become blunt, so I asked them to reduce it only as much as could be done naturally within my own nose shape. When looking into nose surgery: 1. Look like crazy at the surgical reviews of the director you’re considering 2. Check whether the style you want is similar to the style the director pursues 3. Check information on whether the director performs a lot of the surgery you’re planning to get I wrote down what I felt after having two surgeries. I organized what I had been saying because I hope everyone doesn’t end up doing it two or more times like me. Please look into it carefully. Everyone, don’t casually look into things and get your first surgery like I did, then only feel satisfied after ending up having revision surgery too... I hope you research well when getting your first surgery and finish it in one go...! I deleted the photos...!
