Clinic name: ㄷㅌㄹㅁ Plastic Surgery Clinic (also quite famous on YouTube) Consultant: 1st: consultation with the consultation manager 2nd: consultation with the director (together with the consultation manager) 3rd: consultation with the consultation manager Consultation fee: 10,000 won (CT scan fee is 30,000 won, burning a CD is 20,000 won) I went for a consultation about revision rhinoplasty, but the consultation manager was way too stubborn.. The problem was that she had medical knowledge she had misunderstood, and on top of that she was stubborn, so I was so frustrated I thought I’d lose it, seriously I didn’t specifically say so, but since I’m a medical professional, at first I tried explaining things to her, but she kept insisting, so I just held back, though I was really itching to say something.. When I was consulting together with the director, she sat next to me and distorted things I hadn’t even said when relaying them, and even when I said that wasn’t true, she stubbornly insisted until the end;; hahaha The director said there wasn’t really any need for revision surgery, but when I asked a few more additional questions, her expression was exactly like, “Why do you have so many questions when you’re not even going to have surgery here?” She looked bored and was really bad at managing her facial expressions.. haha It seemed like she thought she had to see the next patient and that I was interrupting the turnover. It showed so clearly on her face. She didn’t seem to have the qualities for a service job.. You said you’re soon going on 18 years in this field? I mean, how has a veteran consultation manager survived while providing service like this...
