Is it for real that after I posted last time, 20 more reports got added? ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Just… I’m leaving with a fresh realization of how many brokers there are here… I’m planning revision surgery for a long, droopy nose, and I want the nose to be shorter, the nasal tip point round and upward, without increasing the nasal height, and the columella and nasal tip made round and natural. Among the people who sometimes recommend places, Weverse or D-Day come up a lot, but Weverse is flashy, D-Day is extremely flashy, Objet is flashy, Nano is naturally flashy, etc. By my standards, all your recommendations are flashy by my standards, so please don’t do that…ㅠㅠ I like a very natural look!! I’ll just appreciate the thought. I’ll list the places I like in order of preference. 1. Jindam Plastic Surgery, Director Kim Yong-hyun Reason I like it: The before-and-after photos on the blog satisfy what I’ve always wanted: making an arrow-shaped nose shorter, making the nasal tip round, and preventing the nose from looking longer or shooting forward at a 45-degree angle = among hospitals that meet my needs, it has relatively little noise and looks natural. Reason I hesitate: There are almost no reviews, I’ve occasionally seen dissatisfaction reviews for surgeries other than the nose, the career length is a bit shorter compared with other plastic surgeons, and I saw a post saying the attitude before and after surgery was different. -> Since the aesthetic sense matches best, Jindam is my first choice!!! 2. Jeongseok Plastic Surgery, Director Seo Jeong-seok Reason I like it: Can correct an arrow-shaped nose without using a strut, seems certain for correcting a long nose -> short nose, safety-oriented, many people go for revisions, and there were almost no cases of big noses being ruined. There are occasional dissatisfaction cases, but they are also proactive about early correction, so there don’t seem to be people who stay completely botched for 6 months to the point of writing posts while mentally spiraling like me. Reason I hesitate: Expensive price, a hospital that frequently uses MegaDerm at the nasal tip, issues with too much nostril show from the front and thickening of the nasal tip from the side, or issues where it looks like a pinched nose. The side line is not really my taste. The front is slim, but from the side it feels a bit blunt, high, and bulky. + I’ve seen many cases where noses with originally thick skin end up with the nasal tip looking too thick from the side = really not my taste. 3. Sugar Plastic Surgery, Director Lee Ju-cheol Reason I like it: The front view is the prettiest, and the nasal tip is also the most refined. It’s the complete opposite of no. 2, where the nasal tip I mentioned looks blunt and bulky, so it’s the prettiest!! With no. 1, there are things I like and don’t like, but I think Sugar is really the best when it comes to nasal tip details. Reason it bothers me: It’s too flashy. He loves rib cartilage, seems not very good at a straight-with-slight-supratip-break line, and I dislike when the nasal tip shoots forward at a 45-degree angle, but he tends to make it shoot forward. So the nasal tip and front view are pretty, but if I turn my head just a little, it’ll look too flashy again and I feel like I’ll mentally spiral. If anyone here can give advice about the hospitals, I’ll gratefully take it into account! Ah, for reference, my standard for “botched” is: I had it done at a certain hospital but I’m dissatisfied because it’s too natural -> ❌ That’s what I want…ㅎㅎ I had it done at a certain hospital but it’s too natural, and from the front it became thicker and uglier than my natural nose -> ⭕️ Because if I have surgery, it shouldn’t make me uglierㅜ That kind of feeling? After nose surgery, things like severe foreign-body sensation or minimal change in the nose may be complaints, but I don’t think they’re reasons to filter a place out. Because with nose surgery, a foreign-body sensation is natural, right? If something is inserted into the nose, I think it would be hard for there to be no foreign-body sensation at all. Looking at various opinions and homepage reviews, I excluded Obli, Objet, Dareum (which is kind of next in line), Jeongwoo, and so on, and narrowed it down to only the highest? the top hospitals I like the most. I think there needs to be something wrong like: I wanted nose A, but it came out more like B and aesthetically the previous look was better, or even if the front is okay, from the side it became droopy or upturned! I really want to hear everything everyone here has seen or heard, or surgeries that went well or went wrong, and get some helpㅜ Please!!
