I had surgery using autologous rib cartilage. But the rib where the costal cartilage was harvested feels like it’s protruding more. Is this normal..? Or will it go back in later..?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
