I had it done at an ENT clinic in Gangnam. At first, both sides looked twisted, but now people say it looks natural. Because it was done with septal cartilage, there’s a foreign-body sensation at the front of my nose and a pulling feeling. Since there are silicone side effects, I hear they use donor dermis these days, but there are also comments that it gets absorbed and spreads. When I said there was slight tightness, the doctor told me to just forget about it and live with it.
