I had it done at ㅇㄴㅁㄷ in Apgujeong. I had it done 3 years ago, and I didn’t have an implant inserted. They made a small incision inside the nose and adjusted the columella that had drooped a bit because I had a slightly arrow-shaped nose. There was almost no swelling, and they didn’t excessively pressure me into all sorts of surgeries. They only recommended what was necessary and urgent, so I trusted them.
