I had ptosis, so I got an incisional double eyelid procedure with ptosis correction. The line and the degree to which my eyes opened were good (it was amazing to open my eyes with my eyes themselves lol I used to only be able to open them with my forehead!), but the line gradually became thinner, probably because I emphasized that I wanted it natural, so I had revision surgery. It’s okay, but with an incision, the line? scar? seems to bother me a bit. It also seems to look a bit deeper compared with buried-suture method..
