Hello ^^ I want to have nose surgery, but I’m worried about the cost; if I do it somewhere cheap, I can’t trust it, and if I do it somewhere well-known, the cost is burdensome.. I’m writing this in hopes that it will help, even a little, those who have these kinds of concerns and worries.
First surgery (event price) I had my first surgery at a place commonly posted with an event price on apps or online. With no knowledge at all, I wanted to get my nose done, and because the price was cheap, I went ahead and had the surgery. But the result was... my nose did get higher, but the upturned nose was not improved at all, and only the height increased slightly... So I raised it more with filler and filled the nasal tip and so on.
Second surgery (plastic surgery model) After the first surgery failed, I was worried, and then an acquaintance said they were looking for a plastic surgery model, so I went for a consultation right away and proceeded with surgery. I was satisfied with the result. The director personally performed the surgery, and since I was a plastic surgery model, I think they paid attention to me. I don’t know whether my photos are being used or not. But as time passed, I felt the nasal tip was drooping and the length seemed to be getting shorter, so I went to the hospital for a consultation. The director was busy and not there, so I had a consultation with another doctor.. The answer I got back was only that it seemed there was inflammation and to take the prescribed medication. It felt like they were washing their hands of it.. They really looked at it very carelessly. In their eyes, there was nothing wrong, just take the medicine.. They may pay attention to the surgery itself, and it may differ by hospital, but I thought the aftercare was really poor. I was so satisfied with the surgical result that I even wanted to pay my own money to have only the nasal tip redone... but after the consultation, that feeling completely disappeared. After that, I went to another hospital for a consultation, and it turned out it was not inflammation; my nose was crooked. The nasal tip area had also dropped..
Now I’m thinking about a third surgery.
* I think the first surgery is really important. I think with noses, you get results according to the money you spend. I hope you have surgery at a well-known hospital with a reputable director. Even if the cost is 3 to 5 million won or more, I think there are results worth that price.
