Two Months and Three Weeks After 3-Part Facial Contouring: Review and Side Effects

Hehehe, for my old photos... please check my other posts.. Even if you see them, don’t be too shocked lolololol

Right now, I’ve only lost 2 kg compared to before surgery. Because I was in a state where I had gained weight, the fat is sagging exactly over the areas where the bone was shaved. After one month post-op, I had one facial contouring injection, and I’m wondering whether I should also get InModeㅠ I’m not fully satisfied with the side profile. The line came out nicely, but because I gained weight, it feels like there’s no boundary between my neck and face.

Also, right now there’s an area that needs dental treatment. (Because I had rhinitis nose surgery, bulbous nose correction, nasal bridge, nasal tip, and all 3 types of facial contouring done, the surgery time became long, so the swelling was severe.) My cavity got cracked because of the swelling ㅜㅜ that darn cavity...ㅠ I’m stressed about the part that looks like it may need an implant.

On top of that, it still feels like someone is pulling on my chin... The scar-tissue tightening from the intraoral incision is a bit stressful lol Still, as you can tell if you see my old photos......... I had so much stress about my appearance, so I’m satisfied. The reason I couldn’t make my chin tip sharper was probably because the muscles under my chin are very developed and clumped up, so I think the doctor operated accordingly.

And only the upper part of my right cheekbone is bulging outㅇㅅㅇ I think there must have been some reason during surgery.

Lastly, when I smile widely, my mouth is uneven. Since it’s still just before 3 months, I’m thinking it’s because of swelling and I’m going to monitor the progress..

And for people planning to get 3-part facial contouring... I really want to say absolutely do not smoke until 3 months haha.... The scar-tissue tightening is so severe that it always feels like someone is pulling on the tip of my chin. If it’s not early swelling and you’re like me, still like this at 3 months, there’s no hope. It means you’re headed for scar-tissue injections. Especially people who get nose surgery together.. or people who are going to get nose surgery. It’s the same. The nasal tip goes down a bit quickly, as if it melts.

Even smoking after the recovery period makes the nasal tip go down. You have to take into account that the shape itself will be different from someone who doesn’t smoke. If you get nose surgery, I think the answer really is to never smoke for life.

There was also a post by someone here saying they wanted to die because of scar-tissue tightening... Always think carefully about plastic surgery. For me, my face was one where I reallyㅠㅠ couldn’t stand not doing it, and it was on my bucket list, so I went into it prepared to accept any side effect. There are things I’m disappointed about because of a few side effects, but this isn’t the surgeon’s fault. They also made the line look nice.

Anyway, I don’t regret it despite the side effects. I hope everyone makes a good choice.
