I had full-face fat grafting, with fresh fat for the 1st round and frozen fat for the 2nd round. The 1st round honestly disappeared so quickly in less than a month, and the 2nd round gradually went down over a year, so now it’s barely noticeable. Unless you’re someone who can manage it extremely well, I kind of think filler may be better.
