My nose tip was low, so they said they would build up the nasal columella and support the tip with ear cartilage. I don't think my nose is especially bulbous, but they said it was a bulbous nose here. The consultation was professional, but I am worried that if this keeps going, my ear will not be left intact. They did not suggest changing anything else, but they did recommend alar base reduction and fat grafting together. The patients all seemed older, and the consultation manager also seemed older, so I felt some trust, but after seeing some bad reviews, I am still undecided.
