4 years ago, while preparing to change jobs, I tried Hiko and calf Botox. Hiko too, but I especially do not recommend calf Botox. The calf muscles did get softer, but there wasn’t any dramatic change, and afterward compensatory muscles actually developed between my shin, Achilles tendon, and calf muscles, making it look even worse So now I just regularly massage at home with a massage machine or foam roller, but there’s no real solution once compensatory muscles form
