My nasal tip is really so much higher than in the photo When I look in the mirror, I keep thinking, what if it really doesn’t come down? Will this become a bit more natural? I had ear cartilage, donated costal cartilage, osteotomy, and hump correction all done It’s my first surgery, and I’m worried because the nasal tip shape seems too excessive.
