I had septal correction and hump nose + osteotomy surgery (without an implant) at ㅇㅅㅌ in Apgujeong because of a deviated septum. Before surgery, I wanted a dramatic change, and although my image changed a little, it didn’t feel like a big change. My nose was already quite large, so even with osteotomy, I guess it was hard for it to become a small nose like a celebrity’s. Functionally, it is nice that the runny nose I used to always have is gone, but aesthetically, there are many things I feel disappointed about I should have asked them to do more osteotomy My nasal tip is still hard. Is this normal? Other than that, it’s okay, but I still have the desire to become a little prettier.
