I got them with cohesive gel. The shape is round. I chose one that was a bit firmer rather than soft, so the texture isn’t extremely good, but it’s not so bad that it feels repulsive either. Looking at other people, it seems that even with soft implants, if you lose weight, the outline shows just the same lol If it keeps bothering me, I’m considering fat grafting.
