I already had nose surgery once 6 months ago, but my nasal tip has dropped, so it feels kind of droopy? Since it hasn’t been that long since the surgery, the plastic surgery clinic says they’ll do a touch-up surgery for free, just slightly lifting the nasal tip. Do you think I should do it? My face shape is round, so when the nasal tip droops, from the front my nose looks a little longer and it feels like the horizontal-to-vertical proportions of my face suit it, so I like that. But from the side, my nasolabial angle feels kind of masculine.. People around me also say it doesn’t look particularly strange, but that it’s true the nasal tip has dropped. On top of that, the plastic surgery clinic says they’ll do it for free, so I’m really torn over whether to do it or not.. But if I have revision surgery, will the chance of side effects go up more? What I’m most worried about is that I’ll get revision surgery just to raise the nasal tip a little for no reason and end up with side effects. 와우이요 [@Rgneybfwbrukry] Having more surgery doesn’t automatically cause inflammation or side effects; those usually happen because of implants or grafts. It sounds like they’re saying they’ll slightly touch up the nasal tip with a closed approach, so that much probably won’t be a problem. Even if it’s open, the issue would be things like a columellar scar or recovery, not a major problem.
