I was thinking of removing the silicone in my nose and only doing cartilage repositioning at the nasal tip, leaving the ear cartilage. But I’m not confident about my original noseㅜㅜ Since this would be a re-revision surgery, I want this to be my last nose surgery I’m thinking of autologous dermis for the nasal bridge and ear cartilage/cartilage repositioning for the nasal tip But everyone says different things about the absorption rate of autologous dermis, so I’m torn Please let me know if, after more than 10–20 years, it gets 100% completely absorbed, or if even a little remains I also want to know what it’s like when it absorbs unevenly or becomes bumpy I’m so tired of silicone
