No implant, dorsal hump shaving, and tying and lifting the nasal tip. It has finally been 10 days, the swelling has gone down a lot, and my face now looks acceptable enough that going outside is not a nuisance haha. I no longer have to sleep sitting up, my runny nose is less severe, and the nasal tip is still blunt and I still have bruising, but one of my biggest concerns, the large bone area (purple line), has improved a great deal, so I’m satisfied. Many people told me that time would take care of the nasal tip, so I’m barely paying attention to it. Now I’m diligently applying medication to the incision area under my nose so it won’t scar. I really hope about half a year passes quickly and everything settlesㅠㅠ
